Q: Do you charge for services work to connect applications?

 If we’re adding support for a widely available application we typically don’t charge - it just becomes part of the list of applications the CONVAYR product supports and is available for all customers. For something proprietary or super niche, there may be a small charge depending on complexity.

Q: How long does it take to add support for an application?

 That depends on the complexity, access to developer environments, API documentation etc. It’s typically less than 2 weeks but it could be shorter (or longer).

Q: Can you connect to our own proprietary systems?

 Potentially yes - if we can access it via an API, or directly. The other option is to use secure file transfer from a range of supported storage locations.

Q: Does it create extra work for me?

 No! Other than telling us your use case, we do the heavy lifting to connect CONVAYR to the relevant application - you don’t need to lift a finger until it’s ready. At this time you can go ahead and build connections as you would with any other support application - with our full support of course!
